Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Two years of experience in human resources, recruitment or related Cleveland Clinic experience
Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Strong customer service skills
Superior organizational and analytic skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite, Applicant Tracking System (Workday) CRM and other recruitment tools and technologies
