- Collaborate across teams and departments to support recruitment initiatives
- Ensure compliance and adherence to processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Actively participate in Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives
- Create, track and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two years of experience in human resources, recruitment or related Cleveland Clinic experience
- Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior organizational and analytic skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite, Applicant Tracking System (Workday) CRM and other recruitment tools and technologies
