About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads a team of Advanced Practice Providers practice in an Institute or Hospital
- Partners with administration and multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure patient access and fill rates
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding and performance coaching of a team
- Performs annual performance reviews and monitors performance productivity for assigned areas
- Develops and implements competencies, policies and procedures for the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one year of APP leadership experience in a high volume surgical practice
- At least three years of direct clinical experience as an APP in an academic, tertiary care, and trauma surgical environment
- Experience making and managing work schedules
- Previous experience with EPIC is a plus
