Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Completion of a post-graduate residency or fellowship training required
  • Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
  • Board Certification preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
