Physical Therapist – Outpatient, PRN

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
- Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care while involving the patient and/or their family.
- Perform therapy interventions.
- Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other caregivers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Musculoskeletal skillsets highly preferred
