Manage the lifecycle, governance, and innovation of digital solutions across service lines
Ensure products align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value
Own the Luminai platform and translate the strategic roadmap into actionable plans
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and engineering teams
Develop clear and actionable product roadmaps
Manage end-to-end product lifecycles and ensure product quality
Assess and refine products based on feedback and performance metrics
Champion transformative digital solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Four additional years of functionally related technical experience may offset the degree requirement
Three years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an IT or technology-focused environment
Proven track record of leading digital product transformations and driving measurable impact
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical fields
ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of position start date
