Provide institutional-level oversight and support for market-level business report outs and operational deliverables
Provide submarket data support, coordination and management of governance groups and focus groups
Support clinical operations and practice management functions for Primary Care Institute
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines and allocate time to meet completion requirements
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Work a hybrid schedule and operate between two Cleveland Clinic Florida sites (Stuart Family Health Center and Indian River Hospital Primary Care of the Treasure Coast Vero Beach)
Travel throughout the hospital system as needed
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field OR an Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR a Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training (when holding a Bachelor's degree)
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
Ability to manage governance and operational deliverables (preferred)
Comfort with matrixed leadership interactions (preferred)
Experience with data manipulation and reporting (preferred)
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Compliance with employer testing and vaccination policies (controlled substances and nicotine testing; influenza vaccination or approved exemption)
