About the role
- Provide institutional-level oversight and support for market-level business report outs and operational deliverables
- Provide submarket data support, coordination and management of governance groups and focus groups
- Support clinical operations and practice management functions for Primary Care Institute
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines and allocate time to meet completion requirements
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
- Work a hybrid schedule and operate between two Cleveland Clinic Florida sites (Stuart Family Health Center and Indian River Hospital Primary Care of the Treasure Coast Vero Beach)
- Travel throughout the hospital system as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field OR an Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR a Master’s Degree and two years of experience
- Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training (when holding a Bachelor's degree)
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Ability to manage governance and operational deliverables (preferred)
- Comfort with matrixed leadership interactions (preferred)
- Experience with data manipulation and reporting (preferred)
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Compliance with employer testing and vaccination policies (controlled substances and nicotine testing; influenza vaccination or approved exemption)
