About the role
- Monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics
- Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting
- Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care
- Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues
- Ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education
- Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care
- Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse
