About the role
- Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare.
- You will drive local, regional, and national growth strategies for the Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Lead new sales for the Employer Solutions portfolio and manage $30+ million in annual deals.
- Develop strategic sales plans and provide leadership to a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of business development and management experience including three years of sales experience in medical community
- Strong understanding of benefit decision process and implementation at large, self-funded employers
- Acute understanding of the economics and market forces of the health care industry in addition to demonstrated ability in marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational, negotiation, collaboration and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to a large, diverse audience.
