About the role
- Focus on supporting efficient workflows and technical maintenance
- Provide input to develop solutions
- Assist with project assignments and documentation
- Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk support and after-hours support
- Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of experience in computer-based information systems
- High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
- EPIC and/or ServiceNow experience preferred
- Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications preferred
