  • The Lead Analyst will assume the role of Scrum Master, serving as a pivotal contributor within the IT service line.
  • This position is responsible for guiding agile practices, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions.
  • The individual will partner closely with Analyst teams, the Service Line Leader, and key stakeholders to uphold agile methodologies and eliminate impediment.
  • Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule and manage multiple projects requiring computer resources, including project scheduling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field
  • 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning and scheduling a major information system project OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 9 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and 7 years of experience
  • ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date
  • Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
  • Understands principles of client/server configuration
  • Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
  • Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work independently.
