Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive and/or psychosocial deficits
Assess patient 's ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills
Design the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment
Implement the treatment plan using appropriate modalities
Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits
Direct and supervise the activities of support personnel
Act as a clinical instructor or participate in the education and evaluation of students
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Current Ohio Licensure as Occupational Therapist (OT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare providers
Experience as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred
