About the role
- Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.
- Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and other issues.
- Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
- Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and three years of financial management or general analytical experience OR Cleveland Clinic Fellow experience and two years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
- Ability to complete complex analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
- Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development
- Master’s Degree
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working in finance and/or accounting
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Financial analytic skills
