About the role
- Design, documentation, coding, unit testing, systems testing, and deployment of software applications.
- Work remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with ability up to travel 5% of the time.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.
- Adhere to the team's defined SDLC best practices, including use of templates and source control.
- Participate in story writing, estimating and backlog refinement sessions.
- Follow department guidelines regarding time tracking and work assignment.
- Debug and troubleshoot code-related issues and defects.
- Support projects and provide ongoing application support in an agile development environment.
- Deliver solutions and deliverables as part of a squad in an agile development environment.
- Complete assigned tasks within the established time estimate.
- Provide after-hours support as appropriate.
- Front-end developer with experience in technologies such as React, Sanity and Next.js.
- Basic understanding of database and application services.
Requirements
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience developing ASP.NET, VB.NET and/or C# applications
- Minimum two years of experience developing JavaScript-based applications, with strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- An Associate’s Degree and one year of experience will substitute the experience requirement
