Software Engineer

• Independently diagnose, repair, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on Imaging equipment in one or more of the modalities of interventional radiology (IR)/Cath and EP Labs, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and linear accelerators (LINAC).
• Analyze system failures of medical imaging systems and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer protocol within time standards set by service level agreements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on complex medical systems and develop preventive maintenance procedures based on site specific requirements incorporating usage and other performance metrics.
• Perform incoming inspections of new equipment and complete documentation for CMMS database.
• Act as an enterprise resource providing technical expertise on the assigned imaging equipment.
• Provide on-the-job cross training to fellow technicians for devices they are trained on.
