About the role
- Target potential clients and generate quality meetings through outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, social outreach)
- Conduct thorough research to understand needs and pains of named accounts and set strategy for breaking into those accounts
- Collaborate closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute new campaigns and messaging tests
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help influence messaging
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-up activities
- Contribute creative outreach ideas, iterate on campaigns, and pivot based on results
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation
- Experience developing and testing outbound messaging, targeting new verticals or personas, and implementing creative outreach methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with prospects and work effectively within a remote-first team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and develop
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (nice-to-have)
- Experience scaling at early-stage startups (0 → 1, 1 → 10) (nice-to-have)
- Passion for building and alignment with company mission and values (nice-to-have)
