About the role

  • Target potential clients and generate quality meetings through outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, social outreach)
  • Conduct thorough research to understand needs and pains of named accounts and set strategy for breaking into those accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute new campaigns and messaging tests
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help influence messaging
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-up activities
  • Contribute creative outreach ideas, iterate on campaigns, and pivot based on results

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation
  • Experience developing and testing outbound messaging, targeting new verticals or personas, and implementing creative outreach methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with prospects and work effectively within a remote-first team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and develop
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (nice-to-have)
  • Experience scaling at early-stage startups (0 → 1, 1 → 10) (nice-to-have)
  • Passion for building and alignment with company mission and values (nice-to-have)
