• Onboarding and offboarding: setting up devices, creating accounts, and ensuring everything is ready to go
• Purchasing and general office logistics (e.g., devices, accessories, workstation setup, office supplies)
• Administration of our tools (including Atlassian, Google Business, Slack, Personio, Pleo)
• Support and implementation of new systems (e.g., CMS or other software solutions)
• IT helpdesk: You assist colleagues with technical questions and issues — friendly, solution-oriented, and patient
