About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute manual tests on software applications to ensure the product meets specified requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans, test cases, and test results.
Identify, record, document, and track any issues and improvements.
Communicate findings clearly and concisely to developers and stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to understand product changes and new features.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not adversely affected by new changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity in manual testing.
Experience at a SaaS company in a customer facing role.
Knowledge of basic testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work with databases and execute simple SQL queries.
Familiarity with task tracking software.
Exposure to automation tools (preferred but not required).
