About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute exception handling and daily workflows for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process
  • Manage routine merchant classification and data enrichment accurately
  • Support recurring customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes
  • Operate manual fallbacks for automated product features to maintain seamless customer experiences

  • Collaborate with the Product team to implement operational improvements

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and satisfaction in running daily, structured operational processes
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with discipline to maintain quality across routine tasks
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and systems, especially modern Product and Operations platforms
  • Strong problem-solving instincts; ability to follow established protocols while thinking critically about edge cases
  • Passion for technology startups and curiosity about the SaaS industry
  • Ability to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per week
  • Comfortable with routine and consistency, including checklists and daily operational workflows
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with high accuracy during repetitive tasks
  • Continuous-improvement mindset
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Early-career interest in foundational SaaS product operations experience
