Provide strategic financial governance and operational oversight for construction projects
Lead audits and compliance on Cost Per Passings
Analyze and evaluate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to determine appropriate labor rates
Monitor and enforce Outside Plant (OSP) performance against established CPP thresholds
Oversee project financial performance, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets
Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Review and ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct work orders
Verify and maintain BOM accuracy for construction projects
Assist the Construction team with preparing and submitting requisitions for materials and services
Audit work orders for compliance with project standards and financial accuracy
Prepare and distribute regular reports on project financials

Requirements

College education or equivalent work experience in project controls, construction, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement
Advanced financial analysis or project controls experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
