About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and delivery of consulting services for clients across healthcare and defense industries
Build and manage Clearwater’s risk management, privacy, and security initiatives
Align solutions with standards such as NIST AI RMF, HITRUST, and HIPAA
Identify market trends and regulatory developments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into services and platforms
Drive revenue growth by identifying and creating consulting services
Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for consultants and managers
Establish team goals and performance expectations
Develop frameworks and methodologies to support AI governance programs
Contribute to Clearwater’s thought leadership through whitepapers and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in healthcare, consulting, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or related field
6+ years in a client-facing consulting leadership role
Demonstrated experience building and scaling consulting service lines or practices
Strong business acumen with experience in operational excellence or digital transformation
Proven ability to lead teams through change and technology adoption
Excellent communication skills (executive presentations, writing, and client engagement)
Strong collaboration skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives
Experience developing service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
