About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations).
  • Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports and dashboards.
  • Support monthly close processes and variance analysis.
  • Lead contributions to budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related role.
  • Proven experience building complex financial models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI & Tableau) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Intacct & NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) are a plus.
