About the role

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Source and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services while addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with and become an apprentice to closers in supporting deals as they move through the sales funnel
  • Develop a sales pipeline through multiple forms of communication, including cold calls, emails, videos, and events

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Business Development or Inside Sales role
  • Track record of attaining and exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting (desired)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases (desired)
