About the role
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Source and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services while addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with and become an apprentice to closers in supporting deals as they move through the sales funnel
- Develop a sales pipeline through multiple forms of communication, including cold calls, emails, videos, and events
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a Business Development or Inside Sales role
- Track record of attaining and exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting (desired)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases (desired)
