About the role

  • Lead the comprehensive recruitment process for various sales and marketing roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage passive candidates through diverse channels.
  • Facilitate high-quality interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate pipeline development, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to promote employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on sales and marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated capability to source and secure passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
  • Strong expertise in technical recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.
