About the role
- Lead the comprehensive recruitment process for various sales and marketing roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Facilitate high-quality interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee job postings, candidate pipeline development, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to promote employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on sales and marketing roles.
- Demonstrated capability to source and secure passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
- Strong expertise in technical recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.
