Support the growth of Clearsulting’s O2C practice by co-developing and executing a niche commercial strategy focused on revenue growth, client expansion, and alliance partnership.
Own O2C transformation programs across process, organization, and technology dimensions, ensuring high-impact delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead teams through all phases of the O2C transformation lifecycle: current-state diagnostics, strategy, design, implementation, and realization of outcomes.
Provide executive-level insights to clients, articulating the integration of people, process, and technology solutions.
Lead end-to-end pursuit efforts for new opportunities, including scoping, pursuit strategy, estimates, proposals, and closing.
Own end-to-end sales pipeline for offering of focus, including gross pipeline, new opportunities and sales conversion.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members across the O2C practice, fostering both technical expertise and client-facing skills.
Represent Clearsulting at industry conferences/events, driving brand visibility and lead generation.
Maintain and develop reusable assets to drive efficiency in pursuits (pricing models, RFP responses, sales collateral).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
6+ years of full-life cycle O2C strategy, design and implementation projects, including process, technology enablement, delivery model/organizational design, controls, data and other aspects of the Finance Operating Model as applied to O2C
Business process knowledge in areas including customer onboarding, credit, revenue recognition, invoicing, payment portals, collections, deductions (trade & non-trade) and cash application
General project management and management consulting knowledge, including strong stakeholder management and executive communications, tactical prowess in Excel and PowerPoint and general problem-solving ability in partially- or undefined situations
1+ years of people and program management experience
CPA, MBA, CFA and/or other Finance-based certifications including Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional certification (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience supporting business development activities, including RFP responses, pursuit development, project resource modeling (Nice-to-Haves)
Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities/ projects (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience in developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people (Nice-to-Haves)
