About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent support to all ClearSpace staff across all locations
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding and moving
- Support our application stack
- Build, troubleshoot and support end user devices
- Manage IT assets from creation to distribution and end of life
- Create, update and maintain technical documentation
- Troubleshoot IT issues
- Manage IT Ticket life cycle
- Provide limited support for network and server infrastructure
- Help implement and maintain security tooling, processes and controls
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long term solutions
- Liaise with suppliers for software renewals
- Contribute to IT projects
- Help build, develop and implement new IT processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune
- Experience with ticketing systems and project execution
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Good knowledge of Android and IOS
- An understanding of server and network fundamentals
- A team player
- Agile, flexible and able to work across geographically distributed teams
