• Lead the end‑to‑end design of satellite operations in alignment with the overall satellite system development plan, including schedule, system architecture, and product requirements.
• Develop comprehensive operations concepts, plans, procedures, and rules based on mission concept and system design documentation.

IT Support Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Support the full technical development of satellite missions—from early concept and requirements through to launch and in-orbit commissioning
• Coordinate system-level activities, manage interfaces, and ensure technical consistency across subsystems

Senior System Engineer

Architect

• Leading technical teams to successfully deliver end-to-end mission development activities including Space, Ground, Launch Segments and in-orbit operations.
• Manage technical schedule on a day-to-day basis ensuring on time delivery of all elements necessary to achieve the program schedule.
• Manage technical baseline, ensuring impact assessment of changes and non-conformances across the system.
• Responsibility for technical risk register and cost.
• Identifying, analysing, and deriving technical, programmatic, and business requirements, constraints and assumptions impacting ClearSpace's missions.
• Defining and analysing overall mission architectures.
• Coordinating the activities of a wide range of domain experts to successfully deliver full mission developments.
• Defining and coordinating the specific engineering support activities at system level for all aspects of the spacecraft.
• Monitor and control the interfaces between the sub-systems and Spacecraft-Launch vehicle/Spacecraft-Ground Segment interfaces.
• Coordinating the engineering activities for the Ground Segment and operations ensuring design and development compatible with the spacecraft and mission.
• Defining and co-ordinating a design development and verification philosophy for the system and implementation of the plan ensuring coherency between areas.

• Monitor and control the technical work of subcontractors and ClearSpace's team relating design, development, production and assembly integration and test (AIT) at subsystem and system levels to ensure that the agreed Contractual Requirements are met.
• Provide support and expertise to anomaly and failure reviews at all levels (equipment, sub-system/system and in-orbit), and develop solutions/resolutions to the problems.
• Coordinate the support to design reviews and evaluate declared compliance versus system level requirements. Closely monitor and control all system level budgets and establish and maintain up to date versions of the budgets and analyses.
• Provide support to in-orbit operations including LEOP and IOT.
• Support ClearSpace's Spacecraft Program Manager in negotiations of technical aspects of spacecraft and launcher contract.

System Architect

Full-stack Engineer

• Define, maintain, and evolve ClearSpace Flight Software (FSW) architecture

Flight Software Architect

Robotics

• Developing core robotic technologies to address a wide variety of in-orbit services, including (but not limited to) cooperative and non-cooperative capture, docking, inspection, refueling, repair, life-extension, and assembly.
• Supporting the development of world-class robotics simulation and testing capabilities and facilities.
• Defining ClearSpace's robotics products, with emphases on modularity and scalability.
• Delivering robotic solutions to key programs, to schedule, cost and performance requirements.

Robotics Engineer

Engineer

• ClearSpace is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Assembly, Integration and Validation ( AIV ) team and contribute to the building of a sustainable space.
• Your mission will be to cover all the steps of the spacecraft verification and validation process, from the building of the test environment to the testing of the spacecraft flight model.
• You will play a key role in the end-to-end spacecraft integration and testing process, working across all the subsystems.
• This role requires diving into a variety of activities -- expect plenty of software development, alongside tasks ranging from designing and architecting spacecraft digital twins, hands-on electrical integration with shiny satellite hardware and development of innovative test environments and test strategies.
• Participate in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the test benches and test environments with the AIV team.
• Collaborate closely with the system team to define the test strategy and design the test environment to fully support it.
• Actively contribute to the test development and the execution, troubleshooting issues at the software level, hardware interface level, and across all the communication layers.
• Drive continuous improvement in the testing process from test design, implementation and result analysis, to continuous execution and delivery.

AIV Engineer

• The Flight Software Architect reports to the Flight Software & AIV team lead
• Responsible for defining, maintaining, and evolving ClearSpace Flight Software (FSW) architecture and technical roadmap
• Ensures consistent execution across projects
• Supports projects in the definition and implementation of the FSW roadmap (architecture baseline, key design decisions, reviews, standards, and reuse)
• Acts as Software Subsystem Lead on selected projects, owning software design and system specification and supporting delivery commitments (scope, cost, schedule, and quality)
• Supports architecture trade-offs at the system level
• Identifies and pushes innovations into the FSW
• Prepares and conducts architecture and design reviews
• Promotes technical excellence and key player in the Continuous Improvement of the FSW team
• Defines and adjusts FSW development process according to the applicable standards
• Responsible for delivering the FSW on time, within the budget, and with the right level of quality

Flight Software Architect – UK, LUX

Product Manager

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for ATLAS in close collaboration with the CEO and engineering leadership.
• Translate operational needs into clear, precise, and testable product requirements.
• Run structured discovery with internal users and external stakeholders to ensure ATLAS is grounded in real mission and operational needs.
• Make and defend prioritisation decisions in a complex, mission‑critical environment.
• Own the user experience end‑to‑end, including workflows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cowork) as a core part of daily development and operational workflows.
• Act as the product face of ATLAS in discussions with customers and partners, including space agencies.
• Define, hire, and lead a small product team as ATLAS scales.
