About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, maintain, and evolve ClearSpace Flight Software (FSW) architecture
Support projects in the FSW roadmap
Act as Software Subsystem Lead on selected projects
Deliver the FSW on time, within budget, and with quality
Mentor and train the FSW team

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development and verification/validation
Strong software architecture and design skills
MSc Degree in Software, Electronics, Aerospace, Physics or similar
Team player attitude and good communication skills
Innovative and rigorous
Experience delivering software in a project context
