Ensure a smooth and efficient permitting application/submission flow and support various related stages of the permitting process
Support Project Coordinators by clearing bottlenecks, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients
Focus areas: Design, Notice to Proceed (NTP) handoff, Rejects, Permission to Operate (PTO), SREC & VPP processes
Support intake of new projects including auditing contracts and verifying submission of all required documents
Generate reports from the CRM system and assist with data entry and data cleanup to ensure up-to-date project information
Communicate directly with clients to request and collect missing documents, provide updates, and coordinate key project milestones
Follow a structured schedule as outlined by leadership and participate in weekly meetings, 1-on-1s and team huddles
Report directly to the Program Team Lead and work to achieve established program KPIs
Requirements
College-level education preferred; High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered
Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a similar role
Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software
Ability to follow a structured schedule and meet program KPIs
At least 1 year experience in project management or as a project coordinator (implied by application questions)
