Business Intelligence Data Analyst
ClearSky HealthSenior Business Intelligence Data Analyst transforming data into actionable insights for operational management decisions at ClearSky Health. Collaborating with teams to validate data and maintain business intelligence solutions remotely.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the development of business intelligence solutions for the organization, including Prism Analytics
- Oversees daily extraction, transfer, and load process to ensure data sets are completely pushed from source systems to business intelligence solution
- Designs and creates reports and queries for all functional areas of the organization using various systems
- Develops visualization dashboards to display data in a user-friendly format
- Collaborates with end users to validate all reports and dashboards created to ensure data is accurate and complete
- Creates, maintains, and oversees documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization
- Ensures reports are maintained and any new or additional data requirements are promptly added
- Facilitates collaboration with end users for purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
- Seeks out and participates in educational and learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of systems used by the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, information science or a related field required
- Master’s degree in business analytics preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in business intelligence or analytics required
- Two (2) years of healthcare experience required
- Two (2) years experience with Workday required
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
