Improve technology landscape by bringing AI expertise, framework building know-how, and strong engineering skills
Navigate across services, platforms, and teams to ensure quality is built in at every step
Design, build, and maintain scalable developer-centric platforms including CI/CD, IaC, and observability
Architect and build AI platform components on Google Vertex AI or equivalent
End-to-end development and delivery of production-ready AI agents
Develop and implement reusable, secure API connectors to integrate services and data sources
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and report business impact of AI interventions
Collaborate across teams and business units to align quality engineering with tech stacks and strategic goals

Strong background in platform or software engineering
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable developer-centric platforms (e.g., implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and observability solutions)
Proven ability to architect and build AI platform components on Google Vertex AI or equivalent
Hands-on experience in the end-to-end development and delivery of production-ready AI agents
Experience in developing and implementing high-value, reusable, and secure API connectors to integrate various services and data sources
Strategic mindset with ability to collaborate with stakeholders to establish frameworks for defining, tracking, and reporting on business impact of AI interventions
Experience collaborating across diverse teams and business units to align quality engineering efforts with various tech stacks and strategic business goals
Previous experience working within a fast-paced, client-facing consulting role (makes you stand out)
Demonstrable experience navigating the complexities of large-scale enterprise environments (makes you stand out)
