Platform Engineer

• Redefines the path to production using AI-enabled platform engineering
• Owns the design and delivery of modern developer platforms on AWS
• Drives policy-as-code adoption across both infrastructure and the SDLC
• Embeds AI tooling and automation to accelerate and govern the delivery lifecycle
• Design and build AWS-native developer platforms that modernise the path to production
• Implement policy-as-code frameworks (e.g. OPA, AWS Config Rules) for infrastructure governance
• Extend policy-as-code principles into the SDLC (PR gates, compliance checks, pipeline guardrails)
• Integrate AI tooling to automate code review, security scanning, and deployment decisions
• Define and enforce golden paths for service onboarding, CI/CD, and infrastructure provisioning
• Build self-service developer tooling that reduces cognitive load and accelerates delivery
• Ensure secure, scalable AWS environments using IAM, VPC, SCPs, and infrastructure-as-code
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed platform standards across the delivery lifecycle

Lead AI-Enabled Platform Engineer

Artificial Intelligence

• design, build, and ship Python/FastAPI services on the platform, owning quality from acceptance criteria through to production
• establish and enforce engineering guardrails through acceptance tests, architecture tests, and coded standards covering line limits, design patterns, import rules, and layering
• use agentic editors (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a core daily delivery tool and guide other engineers on safe, productive, and governed use
• identify and mitigate agent failure modes in practice — including prompt injection, scope creep, hallucinated APIs, and unsafe code edits — before they reach production
• work cross-functionally across cloud, AI, Snowflake, and application teams to proactively surface blockers, resolve ambiguity, and keep delivery momentum

AI Enabled SDLC Engineer

Controller

• Lead the preparation and oversight of consolidated financial accounts across 5 regions
• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts (consolidated and regional)
• Deliver insightful P&L reporting, including variance analysis vs budget and forecast
• Oversee regional and group-level cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Ensure consistency and standardisation of reporting across all entities
• Own and manage the month-end close process across all entities
• Drive improvements to close timelines and reporting efficiency
• Act as a key finance partner to Operations and senior stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights to drive business performance and profitability
