About the role
- Build and maintain automated guardrails in GitLab CI pipelines to validate Ansible playbooks, collections, and execution environments.
- Implement compliance checks to enforce enterprise infrastructure standards across automation workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate guardrails seamlessly into existing CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Document processes, standards, and guardrail implementations to support knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Experience in the required field.
- Proven ability to write and update GitLab CI pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, particularly for automation and scripting.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated compliance checks or guardrails within CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with enterprise DevOps practices, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation at scale.
- Experience with Ansible (playbooks, collections, execution environments).
