About the role

  • Join and grow a high-performing team to help create a world class engineering capability
  • Bring together responsibilities across Quality Engineering, DevOps and Cloud Engineering
  • Set up automated tests in CI/CD pipelines and ensure results available at each build stage
  • Build, maintain and optimise pipelines
  • Analyse and streamline complex end-to-end tests for efficiency and coverage
  • Define and promote best practices for test automation and framework architecture
  • Develop and maintain native test automation frameworks
  • Work across different clients and sectors, learning new technologies
  • Collaborate within consultancy to drive change and transform organisations

Requirements

  • CI/CD: Set up automated tests to run in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and optimise pipelines
  • End-to-End Testing Optimisation: Analyse existing complex end-to-end tests and streamline
  • Test Strategy and Best Practices: Define and promote best practices for test automation
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain native test automation frameworks
  • Software Engineering: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: Experience with Playwright
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of AI
  • Bonus: Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Bonus: Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Bonus: Experience working in Agile environments
