- Supporting key clients with AI-focused solutioning and building strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Engaging in hands-on billable activity and providing oversight on practice-specific engagements.
Requirements
- AI Expertise: Practical understanding of Generative AI tools and techniques within enterprise applications.
- Modern Engineering DNA: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and CI/CD tools.
- Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital and AI transformations, including the cultural and operational shifts required.
- Commercial Savvy: A strong understanding of professional services dynamics, including margins, markups, and day rates.
- Agile Mastery: Expertise in SCRUM, TDD, and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
