Systems Engineer

• Agent Development: Design and optimize the clearml-agent, a Python service responsible for pulling jobs, setting up environments, and executing ML pipelines.
• Kubernetes Integration: Write logic to interact directly with K8s APIs, manage Pod life-cycles, and handle Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).
• Resource Management: Implement logic for dynamic resource allocation (GPU/CPU/Memory) and container orchestration.
• Systems Programming: Build robust daemons and services that interact with OS-level primitives (systemd, signals, I/O streams).
• Networking: Troubleshoot and optimize TCP/IP connections, DNS resolution, and firewall traversal to ensure seamless connectivity for users.

• **About the Role**
• We are seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead and scale ClearML’s customer-facing Solutions Architecture organization. This is a hands-on role, including direct technical engagement with customers and combining with team leadership and cross-company alignment.
• As Head of Solutions Architecture, you will manage a team of Solutions Architects and work closely with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Product, R&D, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent, high-quality technical experience across the entire customer journey. The Solutions Architecture team is the technical owner of ClearML’s pre-sales motion, leading customer engagements from initial architecture discussions through successful proof of concept.
• You must be adept at explaining complex technical subjects, guiding customers toward clear outcomes, and balancing deep technical problem-solving with operational ownership of the POC pipeline. You should be as comfortable working hands-on in customer environments as you are managing multiple POCs in flight and ensuring they progress efficiently toward success.
• This role reports to ClearML’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Head of Solutions Architecture

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their technical challenges, architecture, and goals.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient ClearML-based solutions on Kubernetes and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Lead technical workshops, proofs of concept (POCs), and architecture reviews.
• Present complex technical concepts in a simple, business-oriented manner.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption and expansion.
• Provide guidance and best practices for deploying AI workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Troubleshoot customer environments and provide hands-on support during deployment and onboarding.
• Contribute to documentation, solution templates, and reusable technical assets.
