About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and track projects for customers, technicians, contractors, and Operations staff
- Facilitate program enrollment and participation
- Staff meetings, set goals, support compliance, and at times function as a team lead
- Manage program data and conduct complex analysis
- Process invoices and payments
- Collect, enter, and track participation data while assuring data quality
- Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence
- Export predesigned reports
- Attend staff meetings and provide other program support
- Complete special projects
- Support other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word
- Experience with data tracking systems
- Written and oral communication skills
- Willing and eager learner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and flexible to support other duties as assigned
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
