About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee contractor network delivering in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income customers
Identify eligible energy efficiency and weatherization measures
Oversee installation of energy-saving measures in customer homes
Educate customers on energy efficiency, safety, and available program benefits
Manage field data collection and documentation
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with program and contract requirements
Coordinate with community action agencies, trade allies, and internal teams
Schedule visits and track project timelines
Ensure field work meets quality, health, and safety standards
Ensure proper use of testing equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of relevant field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant certifications such as BPI or HERS are a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation for travel to customer homes
Meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable
Comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable
Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
