About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of relevant field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant certifications such as BPI or HERS are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation for travel to customer homes
  • Meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable
  • Comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable
  • Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
