About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods.
- Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency.
- Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress.
- Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources.
- Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, etc.) and Power Query required.
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
