About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a range of services
- Help utility customers save money, make their homes more energy efficient, and improve climate
- Daily customer interactions focusing on energy efficiency
- Assist with customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education
- Provide tech support, online support, and/or status updates
- Utilize a wide range of support scripts
- Interact via chat/email as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- No attendance or punctuality concerns
- Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude
