Key responsibilities & impact

Guiding energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities
Working with one or multiple clients
Helping program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel
Experience with Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred
Motivating and coaching plant/facility management and teams
Guiding the development of overall continuous improvement plans
Facilitating training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
Analyzing performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
Writing reports for technical and non-technical audiences
Conducting site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
Developing site improvement plans
Using MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards
Developing visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact
Creating and customizing slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides
Demonstrating familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
