About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel daily throughout a defined territory *Company Vehicle Provided*
Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits for small and mid-sized facilities
Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings, encourage participation, and address basic questions
Accurately document inspections, installations, and customer interactions in accordance with program requirements
Perform on-site installation of energy efficiency measures, including physical labor and use of basic tools
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance or installation
Customer service skills
Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
At least 21 years of age
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or require driving on behalf of the company.
Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
