About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead CLEAResult’s implementation of the Act 129 Residential Energy Efficiency Programs in Eastern Pennsylvania
Oversee all phases of program implementation, including cost management, program implementation, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, subcontractor oversight, and strategic coordination
Serve as primary liaison with Utility Client, leading program review sessions and strategic planning
Ensure program implementation aligns with regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs
Coordinate with contact center and marketing teams to support program development and outreach
Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and trade ally engagement
Support process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs
5+ years of people management experience
Experience managing large-scale programs; preferably (Residential or Income Eligible)
Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and Business energy efficiency measures
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the CLEAResult, Client office, or Customer Sites
Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred
