About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications.
- Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead campaign reviews and post project debriefs to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.
- Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or program driven marketing environments (preferred).
- Agency experience with multi stakeholder accounts (preferred).
- Advanced degree or marketing/communications certifications (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and demand generation frameworks (preferred).
- Experience analyzing data to guide marketing strategy and client recommendations (preferred).
