Senior Customer Service Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client
- Speak with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of topics which may include residential, commercial, and renewable inquiries
- Enter and maintain various database(s)
- Review contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures
- Communicate and properly direct customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data
- Provide expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
