💰 $65,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Own and manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool
  • Serve as the expert on forecast status, trends, and key drivers
  • Analyze complex program data and provide insights to support program and client needs
  • Work closely with Program Managers to support forecasting models and evolving processes
  • Produce clear, accurate reports aligned with contract and program requirements
  • Build and maintain analytical and data management tools
  • Provide inputs that support Power BI (PBI) reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain what drives results
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Experience owning or managing forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI (PBI)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
