💰 $65,000 - $70,000 per year
About the role
- Own and manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool
- Serve as the expert on forecast status, trends, and key drivers
- Analyze complex program data and provide insights to support program and client needs
- Work closely with Program Managers to support forecasting models and evolving processes
- Produce clear, accurate reports aligned with contract and program requirements
- Build and maintain analytical and data management tools
- Provide inputs that support Power BI (PBI) reporting
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain what drives results
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Experience owning or managing forecasting tools
- Familiarity with Power BI (PBI)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
