About the role
- Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, identify trends and anomalies, and explain performance drivers using structured analytical methods
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve workflows and business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Build, own, and maintain automated Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including operational scorecards, forecasting views, and overall program performance reporting
- Develop automated and reliable data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, validating, and combining data from multiple source systems using Power Query and related tools
- Support recurring and ad‑hoc data collection and validation efforts to enable internal analysis, audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, reporting, data analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and complex formulas), Power BI, and Power Query
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
