About the role

  • Support the organization’s safety, compliance, and fleet operations by providing analytical insights, administrative coordination, and regulatory support
  • Ensure data accuracy, contribute to incident reporting and investigations, and partner with employees, leadership, and external vendors to maintain safe and efficient fleet operations
  • Interact with employees, customers, clients, and vendors to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet services
  • Ensure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelines
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systems
  • Support workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reporting
  • Generate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance, spend, and utilization metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with three years of hands‑on, practical experience
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational strengths
  • Strong customer‑service mindset
