About the role
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs
- Support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers in the state of Oregon
- Focus on developing and implementing strategies to support market education on Program objectives
- Create educational and training tools and communications
- Lead planning for educational and industry training events
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with multiple parties, including the Program, the Client, and market actors such as contractors, distributors and manufacturers
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing educational strategies, plans, and tools
- Experience planning and executing training events
- Excellent communication skills
- An adaptive and flexible mindset to change according to market needs
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
