About the role
- Ensure the contact center and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice for the internal client
- Serve as the main point of contact for CLEAResult’s Program Delivery teams and CC department
- Relay key program updates, provide status updates, and ensure reporting is accurate and complete
- Monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance, present new innovations, and help develop and drive process improvements
- Communicate effectively, build trust, and help projects move forward
- Own responsibility for making decisions regarding workflow, timeline commitments, and prioritizing work
- Identify, escalate issues or areas of concern for project or department performance and develop strategies to address those
Requirements
- 5-8 years relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience
