About the role
- Lead CLEAResult’s implementation of the Business (C&I) Energy Efficiency Programs Pennsylvania’s Act 129 in Eastern PA
- Oversee all phases of program implementation, including cost management, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, and strategic coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for the utility client, lead program review sessions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the Business Energy Efficiency Programs
- P&L oversight, KPI achievement, contract execution, and coordination with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, trade ally engagement, and support for Prescriptive, Custom, Direct Discount, Midstream, and Business service program components
- Manage program revenue of $5–12M (excluding incentives) and oversee multi-functional teams and direct reports
- Ensure compliance with Act 129, accurate reporting, and collaboration with centralized operations team
- Coordinate with Project Manager overseeing Demand Response and Demand Reduction Pilot components
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing large-scale commercial and industrial programs
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and non-residential energy efficiency measures
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the CLEAResult or Client office
